Our client came to us for help because he was receiving a good level of leads but wanted to increase sales.
From our initial discussion we discovered that there was no sales and marketing plan in place and that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system was not being used to its maximum potential resulting in lost sales opportunities. We worked with the client to draw up a sales and marketing plan and we also reviewed the way that data was managed in the CRM system. This new focus and the improvement in how the enquiries were processed saw a substantial increase in sales and revenue, without the need to increase marketing expenditure.
