We had been looking for a loan to convert the floor of a building in to two flats.  A visit to our personal bank informed us there and then, that they didn’t give loans out for such projects and after  seeking out another high street bank,  waiting 4 days to be told yes and then 2 days after,  the reply was no.

The way forward was a financial advisor luckily we found Steve Bowles,  he took an interest in our project and was happy to take time out to view the property and he listened attentively to our plans. We knew he would sell it on to get us a loan.

After the meeting Steve said he would need some information from us to precede, a few emails and two days later he had come up with 3 loan details,  all we needed to do then, was choose the one that suited us and let him know.

It wasn’t long before Steve put us in contact with who was lending us the money. What we thought would be a very stressful event, ended up being far from it, Steve stayed with us until the final documents had been drawn up.

We highly recommend Steve Bowles to any one that wants to obtain a loan for a project that will benefit their company/partnership.  Steve was very conscientious, honest and reliable; we didn’t have to wait days for a reply to our emails, which were often full of questions.

It was a real pleasure working with him and should the need arise we wouldn’t have any hesitation in using him again.
